Therapeutic Approach

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and focused on your unique strengths. I want to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. Building a foundation of trust and connection is at the heart of our work together, and I aim to foster a therapeutic relationship that grows and evolves with your needs.

I like to use a holistic view of well-being, considering not just your mental health but also how other aspects of your life might support your overall wellness. This includes exploring lifestyle habits like sleep, nutrition, movement, and self-care, as well as identifying external practices or resources that might complement our work. Some methods I might incorporate include mindfulness practices, attachment theory, and positive psychology skills, as well as affirmations and manifestation techniques. Together, we can set goals and work towards identifying root causes of your struggles, cultivating self-compassion, and creating meaningful change.

Whether you’re navigating relationships, coping with anxiety or depression, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I am passionate about walking alongside you on this journey.

I majored in Psychology and minored in International Studies, combining my passions for learning about people and different cultures. I am now in my last semester at The University of Texas at Austin pursuing my clinical social work masters. I am so excited to learn and grow through this internship and be a part of the diverse, multifaceted Colors of Austin team.
