Recorded Live on 2/12/21

About the Workshop:

As mental health professionals, training around the business side of private practice is minimal to non-existent. When we think about starting a group, the first feelings that come up can be overwhelm and fear. “How do I get people to sign up?” “Is this a good idea?” “How do I do this?” “Where do I market?” “What do I charge?” There are so many questions and not many clear answers.

This workshop is designed to support mental health professionals in a private practice setting or group practice setting get familiar with how to plan, market and run a support group and/or process group.

As someone who has created and successfully executed closed process groups, open process groups, weekend therapeutic retreats, etc., I’ve learned a few things about what works and what doesn’t.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to piece together your ideas to form a badass group offering whether it be virtual or in person, develop a marketing plan to get folx excited and signed up, all while elevating your skills and passions to be able to offer a powerful group service that is greatly needed.
